Mr. Park Seok majored in Business Administration at University of Seoul and began his career at Korea Development Bank (KDB) in 1979. After working at KDB for 37 years, Mr. Park was promoted to Senior Credit Official (SCO) for KDB’s Credit Review Department 1. In 2016, Mr. Park was appointed the vice president for finance of Pocheon Power, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and funds.
Cheon Myoung YunPresident for Management
Mr. Cheon Myoung Yun majored in International Economics at Seoul National University for both bachelors and masters. In 1992, he began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank Seoul Branch in corporate finance. He built his career in the field for 22 years until in 2014, he was appointed as a vice president for SLP Holdings Inc. furthering his career in corporate managing. In 2016, He was appointed as the vice president for Management at Pocheon Power, responsible for overseeing all areas of Pocheon Power’s management.
Park Geon BokVice President for Technical Operation
Mr. Park graduated from Kongju National University with a graduate degree in mechanical engineering. He began working for the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) in 1978 and built his career there over the course of 37 years. Mr. Park has had extensive experience in operation and management while working for the Korea Midland Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of KEPCO. During the construction of Pocheon Power, he assumed the role of construction supervisor. In 2014, he was appointed the vice president for technical operation of Pocheon Power responsible for all areas of technical operation.
Vice President Mr. Jongoh Kim graduated from Yeungnam University with a degree in mechanical engineering and went on to study at Sogang Business School where he received his MBA. He built his career in construction for 20 years, with a focus on power plant EPC tender and business. These past 10 years have seen him in the power generation investment sector, leading the Pocheon Combined Cycle Power Plant project to a successful completion. Mr. Kim is currently responsible for the Poseung Biomass Power Plant project in Korea.
Mr. Sean Kim was appointed as CEO of DAELIM Energy in 2013 when it was first established. He had held the position of executive vice president of DAELIM Industrial since 2012, leading the IPP business development team. Based on his extensive experience spanning 20 years in the fields of business development, M&A, investment and management at SoftBank Venture capital Korea and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, he has brought diverse experience to Dealim energy. He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in business administration and received his MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Ingyu KimSenior Vice President for Business Development
Mr. Kim began his career at DAELIM Energy in 2014 as vice president of the company’s Business Development Team and currently leads business development projects in Central and South America, the Middle East and Africa. Some of the major projects he has led include the Norte II in Mexico (433MW / Combined Cycle Power Plant), the Kellar II in Chile (450mW / Combined Cycle Power Plant) and the Balkhash in Kazakhstan (Coal Fired Power Plant). He led numerous projects during his 20 years employment at Samsung C&T Corporation.
Joongsu ParkProfessional Advisor for Technical Support
Mr. Park is professional advisor for DAELIM Energy, specializing in power generation technology and operation, overseeing technical reviews for domestic and overseas power generation projects. Prior to joining Daelim Energy, he served as a technical engineer in the operation division at the Korea Electric Power Corporation for 30 years. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Park headed the Incheon Thermoelectric Power Plant and from 2009 to 2010, he was the head of the Boryeong Thermoelectric Power Plant, responsible for the stable operation of the respective 2,050MW and 5,800MW power plants. Mr. Park graduated from Chung-Ang University with Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering and earned his MBA at the University of Seoul.
